Refund Policy

 

At Prenatal Cinemas, every ultrasound session requires dedicated time from our technicians and the use of specialized ultrasound equipment. Our goal is always to provide families with a beautiful bonding experience and memorable images of their baby. However, ultrasound results depend on several factors that are outside of our control.

 

These factors may include baby’s position, movement, gestational age, fluid levels, maternal body habitus, and other conditions that may affect visibility during the session.

Because of this, full refunds are not issued for completed services.

 

Rescue Scan

If baby is not in an ideal position during your ultrasound session, we may offer a complimentary rescue scan to give baby another opportunity to cooperate.

Rescue scans are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed, as baby’s position may remain the same during future attempts.

Partial Refund Courtesy

If after all attempts baby’s position prevents us from capturing facial images, Prenatal Cinemas may issue a partial refund of up to 30% of the package price as a courtesy.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with Prenatal Cinemas, clients acknowledge and agree that ultrasound images and baby positioning cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside of our control.
