Refund Policy

 

At Prenatal Cinemas, every ultrasound session requires dedicated time from our technicians and the use of specialized ultrasound equipment. Our goal is always to provide families with a beautiful bonding experience and memorable images of their baby. However, ultrasound results depend on several factors that are outside of our control.

 

These factors may include baby’s position, movement, gestational age, fluid levels, maternal body habitus, and other conditions that may affect visibility during the session.

Because of this, full refunds are not issued for completed services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered. Please note that our ultrasound services are elective and non-diagnostic. Because of this, refunds cannot be issued for circumstances outside of our control, including miscarriage, incorrect dating, early gestation, fetal positioning, limited image quality, or inability to visualize certain structures during the scan.

 

Deposits are refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that all refunds are subject to non-refundable processing fees.

 

Processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Rescue Scan

If baby is not in an ideal position during your ultrasound session, we may offer a complimentary rescue scan to give baby another opportunity to cooperate.

Rescue scans are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed, as baby’s position may remain the same during future attempts.

Partial Refund Courtesy
If, after all reasonable attempts, baby’s position prevents us from capturing clear facial images, Prenatal Cinemas may, at our discretion, offer a courtesy resolution, which may include a rescan or a partial refund of up to 30% of the package price.

V.I.B Journey Package Refund 

 

Customers may cancel their V.I.B. package at any time prior to their first ultrasound session. Any eligible refund will be subject to a non-refundable processing fee to cover payment processing .

 

Any refund issued will be less the retail value of any products, gifts, or promotional items already received, including but not limited to heartbeat teddy bears, maternity shirts, tote bags, robes, photo frames, and other keepsakes.

 

Once an ultrasound session has been completed, the value of that session and any received products will also be deducted from any eligible refund. All promotional gifts become non-refundable once received.

​Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with Prenatal Cinemas, clients acknowledge and agree that ultrasound images and baby positioning cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside of our control.
