Image Policy + Rescans

 

Because baby’s position, gestational age, and other factors can affect image quality, we do our best to capture the clearest images possible during your scheduled session.

 

✅ Complimentary “Image Rescue” Rescan (only if we got nothing)

A complimentary rescan applies only if we are unable to capture any usable keepsake images at all during your session due to factors that can change with time (such as baby position).

 

Complimentary rescan includes:

• One (1) Image Rescue rescan

• Scheduled within 7–14 days (based on availability)

• Weekday/off-peak only

• Up to 15 minutes

 

❌ When a complimentary rescan does NOT apply

 

A complimentary rescan is not offered if:

• You received images but want better angles or a different pose

• Baby’s face was turned, hands were near the face, or baby wasn’t smiling

• You want to return because you prefer different photos, even if images were successfully captured

 

Refresh Rescan (paid, limited)

 

If images were captured but you’d like to try again for improved angles, a Refresh Rescan may be available for a fee.

Important: Refresh Rescans are not unlimited and are not offered for “photo preference” when great images were already captured.

 

Refresh Rescan guidelines:

• Matinee Refresh Rescan: $30

• Premier includes one (1) Refresh Rescan if needed

• Any additional rescan after the included one: $30

• Refresh Rescans are limited to one per appointment/package and are offered only when appropriate

• Weekday/off-peak only, up to 15 minutes
